Imagine you have a hankering for some great Mexican cuisine and don?t want to go broke to satisfy your taste buds. If this sounds like you, I recommended you visit Coa restaurant located in the Bayshore Town Center (5750 N. Port Washington Road, Suite L125, Glendale, WI 53217).

Coa offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with big panoramic windows that allow you to view the scenery nearby. The casual feel and fireplace really add to its coziness. I enjoyed the friendly customer service and accommodation the waiter gave me while I ordered. He was aware that it was my first dining experience at Coa and asked questions about my preferred taste and favorite foods. He was helpful and recommended a signature Coa dish. The restaurant?s staff overall appeared to be knowledgeable and courteous.

The menu was well put together, with prices ranging from $4 to $25. Some of the menu items included tortilla soup, salads, calabacitas, Mexican slaw, spicy pickled veggies, fajitas, tacos, steak, enchiladas, grilled street corn, roasted spring onions and burritos. The period of time between placing my order and when the food arrived was reasonable. I ordered a side of grilled corn along with my well done steak, roasted potatoes and garlic seasoned Brussels sprouts.

When the food arrived the plate was hot and the aroma was enticing. My well done steak was delicious, tender and packed with spices. The Mexican street corn tasted freshly prepared, and the roasted potatoes were perfect. They were not undercooked or overcooked. Although I am not a big fan of Brussels sprouts, these were uniquely seasoned with garlic pepper, making the vegetable more appealing. My overall dish was done exactly how I requested it; nothing was bland or distasteful.

The portion size was adequate and the plate was clean. While I was dining the waiter made an effort to keep my table tidy and was attentive to my needs. I felt like a valued and appreciated customer. The waiter thanked me for my visit and informed me about some specials they offered. Although my experience with the food, service and atmosphere was excellent, parking was a hassle. There did not appear to be a designated lot for the restaurant. The mall and shops were busy with families so available parking was hard to locate. When I asked the waiter about parking he said ?Patrons are encouraged to park in the structure inside the Port Washington garage on the first orsecond levels.?

Coa?s hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Sundays they are open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Coa has great happy hour specials on Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a variety of food and drink deals. Thursday nights they host ladies night from 5 p.m. to close where the drinks are half off for the ladies. Coa offers catering services and even has a website that patrons can access to make reservations or view the menu. They serve appetizers, main courses, desserts, alcoholic beverages, and hand-crafted margaritas. For more information visit the website at www. http://www.getbianchini.com/coa-restaurant.html
